All of the items in our shop are hand-made and made-to-order.

As such, it currently takes us anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to fulfil your order. After your order has been produced, it will be marked as shipped and your tracking number will be posted to your order details and emailed to you.

All of our products are high quality from name brand apparel like Bella Canvas, Gildan, Anvil and M&O. The brand of garment used for a given product is always subject to availability and can change as a result. However, it will always match the size chart provided. We will always choose the most suitable brand that is available from our suppliers in the given size and color you have chosen. If you are ever curious as to what brand of shirt is being used to print a specific product, don’t hesitate to send us a message!

Additionally, if you would like a certain design to be printed on something different than what’s shown in the listing, we would be more than happy to provide some additional options for you if available.

Shipping

USA

All orders are shipped with full tracking via USPS. Typically with the First Class Mail service but upgraded to Priority Mail on larger orders. Shipping times are generally 3-5 days. For multi-item orders, combined shipping will always be added to your order automatically, however, please note that if you are ordering products which are being produced in different print locations, there will be distinct shipping costs. This will be reflected on your order, prior to checkout.

Canada

All orders are shipped with full tracking via Canada Post. Typically with the expedited parcel service. Shipping times generally 3-5 days. For multi-item orders, combined shipping will always be added to your order automatically, however, please note that if you are ordering products which are being produced in different print locations, there will be distinct shipping costs. This will be reflected on your order, prior to checkout.

Our commitment to you is the attentive production of your order, hand-off to our delivery courier, and the full tracking of your delivery to the destination address as provided on your order. Kindly note that the entire delivery effort is managed by the courier and we do not personally deliver any orders. We are not responsible for undeliverable addresses (addresses that are entered incorrectly). Please ensure that your address is entered fully, and correctly prior to submitting your order. If a package bounces, we will not receive it due to our mailing system, and as such, cannot issue any refunds due to addresses that are entered incorrectly. A great way to verify your shipping address is to enter it in Google maps and see if the location on the map accurately reflects the address that has been entered.

If you are located in the USA, your order will ship from the USA. If you are located in Canada, your order may ship from Canada or the USA depending on the products being ordered. However, please note that our return address is in Canada. If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, you are welcome to return it within 14 days after the delivery date as shown on your order tracking. Please understand that we cannot re-sell any used products which are returned. Returns of used products are a detrimental cost and we kindly ask for your honesty and integrity if you are returning an item. Please continue reading for more details. Your item(s) must be in their original condition, in their original unopened packaging, unused and unwashed. If an item was shipped in error or a mistake was made with your order, we will cover the return shipping cost and either a) refund the FULL order amount (including original shipping) or b) send you a new item. This decision will be yours. If an item was not shipped in error, the buyer will assume the cost of return shipping. *Personalized products cannot be returned.
